Recently, population growth and resource depletion have been matched by a growing demand for self-sustaining communities. Numerous studies promote sustainable solutions to the concerns of climate change food scarcity. This study aims at creating an automated Economic Land Utilization Optimization Model (ELUOM) that identifies cost-effective agricultural practices. Soil, water & climatic characteristics over 400 crops are gathered in relational database build model. Evolutionary algorithms utilized filter based on user input. process is then performed all possible utilization plans filtered maximize 20-year return while minimizing consumption. The model verified case Giza, Egypt where it shows potential increasing return/m3 370% versus current research also application ELOUM vacant plot American university Cairo, Egypt.
